Tomell deSilva Ceasar is the current Group Head of Ethics & Compliance at Careem, a wholly owned subsidiary of Uber, headquartered in Dubai, UAE. Mr. Ceasar, a Chicago native, graduated with a bachelors from Stanford University. Mr. Ceasar has nearly 15 years of experience in Corporate Compliance, Governance and Risk. He held numerous leadership roles in various multinational corporations with global reach. Mr. Ceasar’s profile was featured in the Society for Corporate Compliance and Ethics’ “CEP” Magazine for his expertise on multinational compliance.
