As the Head of Investigations, her work focuses on strengthening organizational trust, ensuring fair and transparent investigative processes, and supporting effective speak-up and compliance frameworks. Before joining KPMG, Kilby served as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Molson Coors Beverage Company, where she led global ethics and compliance investigations and oversaw enterprise-wide programs addressing anti-corruption, antitrust, and regulatory risk. She previously held senior leadership roles at the U.S. Department of Justice, including Principal Deputy Chief of the Health Care Fraud Unit, where she supervised nationwide white-collar and fraud prosecutions and helped shape DOJ enforcement and training initiatives.
